We accept returns on wall sticker sets on 30 days, but we do not accept customised wall stickers returns.

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of delivery as you are aware you want to return the item. You can email us at:


Personalised and bespoke goods are bespoke and made to your specific requirements and are not subject to refunds or exchanged unless damaged or incorrect spelling on our part.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
***Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Stickers should be in their original condition and packaging and must retain any tags that were attached.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns and refunds may be subject to up to a seven-day inspection period.
Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


We are a small business based in Kent and aim to send your stickers the same day as order.

Yes it is very easy. Wall stickers is Peel & Stick. You can transform your room, furniture in minutes. Also all our products come with full instructions. 

Stickers may not adhere to fresh paint (wait 4-6 weeks after painting so the paint can cure.
